Do you provide artwork so I can see what my items will look like before I purchase?

For all decoration we provide mock ups of all your designs with logo placement and print information. Nothing goes to print until you are 100 per cent happy, and you approve the artwork.

I can’t find the item I am looking for on your website, can I order it?

If you can’t find what you are looking for, contact our team and we will see what we can sort out for you. We may be able to order it - or know where you can get it.

Do you have a store I can visit?

We do not have a physical store as everything we do is made to order especially for your business.

Do you ship to anywhere in Australia?

Yes we absolutely do. Shipping costs will be dependant on order size and location.

Is the colour I see on the website, the exact colour my product will be?

We strive to accurately represent the products featured on our site, but the actual colour and texture cannot always be conveyed properly with digital photography. Lighting and different monitor settings can also have an impact on how the colour appears.

Is there a minimum for items to be decorated?

There is a minimum of 20 garments for embroidery, screen printing, vinyl, and sublimation. The more items being decorated the less expensive it will be. Promotional products printing minimums are dependant on individual product minimum order quantity.

How often do you get new products?

We are always on the lookout for new products for new suppliers and constantly updating our current suppliers products. If there is something you can’t find just ask our team and we will be happy to help.

Can I get a sample before placing an order?

Please ask us about this, as it depends on the product type and order.

How long does it take to hear back from an email/quote?

You can aim to hear back from us within 24 hours. If you have not heard back from us in a suitable time we may have not received you enquiry. Please contact us again. We would hate to disappoint anyone.

How do I know if I am buying the correct size for me?

There is no one size chart that fits all products. Each brand has their own size range, sizing charts, and measurements for items, please refer to these on our website. If you have any questions please ask as our team are very familiar with our brands ranges.
